Communicating testing information to parents and students is crucial. In this session, we will present on spreadsheet formulas and mail-merge techniques that will assist in communicating testing dates and testing room numbers to individual students and parents in a quick and effective manner. This process requires a little time and effort on the front end, but will save you valuable time in the weeks leading up to testing, when time is precious and limited. In additon, we will discuss how these techniques can be used to prepare for TELPAS Testing.
